With the help of supporters like you, the Long Island Aikikai is entering the next chapter in our long and rich history. In December of 2011 we will be moving into a new and permanent location; a 3-story building dedicated to the practice, preservation, and propagation of Aikido.
Dedicated and talented practitioners are currently working around the clock to make this transition a reality. However, a lot of effort and materials are still needed in order to get the new Dojo ready for all of us to enjoy.
We humbly ask for your assistance in helping us raise the necessary funds. In addition to offering a limited amount of cost-effective lifetime and multiyear memberships, we are accepting donations of any amount. Your generosity will be used to ensure that one of the oldest Aikido organizations in America will be around for generations to come.

Donations will solely go towards construction materials, contractor costs, extra training mats, and other Dojo related amenities. Donations received is excess of our target goal of $10,000 will be used for charitable endeavors.
