Shipping
The LI Aikikai Store only ships within the continental United States. Packages will be sent either by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or United States Postal Service (USPS). We do require a signature for delivery to avoid problems with lost or stolen packages and we strongly recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where somebody is able to sign for the package during the daytime, such as a work address.
Returns
Contact us for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense, unopened and in perfect condition in order to receive credit or refund. Full credit (excluding the shipping, handling and payment processing fees) will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
