Getting here
Look for the white building at the corner of N. Clinton Avenue and Mechanicville Road.
Parking is on site, entered from Mechanicville Road, along the side of the building.
The door you want faces N. Clinton Avenue. Walk straight in — it is open, and you do not need to ring or be let in.
Inside: the Aikido dojo is on the first floor. For Iaido, take the stairs on the right-hand side of the lobby to the second floor.
Doors open 30 minutes before each class, so there is no need to wait outside. Come 20 minutes early on your first visit and someone will show you around.
By train: Bay Shore station on the Montauk Branch is 0.6 miles away, about a 15-minute walk.
Visiting a class
You are welcome to come and watch any class, unannounced. There is no need to call ahead, and many people do this before signing up.
Experienced aikidoka visiting the area are welcome to train with us — bring your gi and your rank credentials.
